New Report: Unpaid Bills

The Unpaid bills report

In the day-to-day life of a veterinary clinic, unpaid amounts can easily pile up: forgotten procedures, purchases that were never closed, or hospital stays left without a payment recorded. To help you track these balances and settle them on time, we’ve added a new report to the system: Unpaid bills.

How the report works

The report gathers every record that hasn’t been paid yet in one place, whether it’s a procedure in the consulting room, a hospital stay or a sale in the pet shop. You can see at a glance what’s still outstanding and take the necessary action.

You can filter the records by type, by period (from/to date) and by the user who created them. Every row in the table is also interactive: one click opens the record for viewing and editing.

The report is available only to users with administrator rights.

With this new feature, we want to give you better control over the clinic’s outstanding balances and make financial closing easier. Instead of checking different modules one by one, you now have a central place where everything is collected, organized and easy to track.
